1. General provisions

1.1. These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the Terms) regulate the legal relationship between the buyer (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer) and the seller (hereinafter referred to as the Seller) in relation to the purchase of goods in the online store www.supersuns.lv. 

1.2. The owner of the online store is SIA Aruba, reg. No. 40003645582, legal address: Riga, Mārupes street 35 - 28, e-mail address: info@supersuns.lv, phone: +371 29407608. 

1.3. By placing an order in the online store, the Buyer confirms to have read and agreed to the Terms.

2. Goods and prices

2.1. The online store sells electronic goods and accessories.

2.2. All prices are indicated in euros (EUR) and include value added tax (VAT).

2.3. The Seller reserves the right to change the prices and range of goods at any time.

2.4. The Seller reserves the right to adjust prices. If the Buyer has sent their order before the price change takes effect, the price that was valid at the time of placing the order shall apply. The Buyer shall not be entitled to claim compensation for the price difference.

3. Processing the order

3.1. The order is placed by selecting the product and filling out the order form.

3.2. The contract is considered concluded when the Buyer receives the order confirmation at the specified e-mail address.

3.3. The Seller has the right to refuse to fulfill the order if the product is unavailable or for technical reasons.

4. Payment procedure

4.1. The buyer can pay using online payment methods (e.g., internet banking, payment cards, or other electronic payment solutions) specified in the online store.

4.2. Order processing begins after full payment has been received.

5. Delivery

5.1. Goods are delivered within the territory of the Republic of Latvia using parcel terminals.

5.2. Delivery costs, parcel terminal service providers, and delivery times are specified when placing the order.

5.3. The Seller shall not be liable for any delay in delivery if it is caused by circumstances beyond the Seller's control.

6. Withdrawal rights

6.1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days without giving any reason.

6.2. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. 

6.3. The goods must be undamaged, in their original packaging, with all accompanying items. 

6.4. The money will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

7. Warranty and non-compliant goods

7.1. Goods are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, which is specified in the instructions for use for each product. 

7.2. If the goods do not comply with the terms of the contract, the Buyer has the right to submit a claim in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law.

8. Liability

8.1. The Seller shall not be liable for any losses incurred due to improper use of the goods.

8.2. The Seller shall not be liable for any disruptions in the operation of the online store due to force majeure circumstances.

9. Processing of personal data

9.1. The buyer's personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable regulatory enactments.

9.2. When sending requests using the contact form, personal data from the request, including the contact details provided, will be stored for the purpose of processing the request and in case of additional questions. The Seller will not disclose this data without the Buyer's consent.

10. Settlement of disputes

10.1. Disputes shall be settled through negotiations. If no agreement can be reached, the Parties shall be entitled to refer the matter to a court of the Republic of Latvia.

11. Final provisions

11.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia.

11.2. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time by publishing them on the online store.
